My primary weapon is an ak47 with a rail up front, I have a slx 1x on it right now and the eye relief is good but not quite 100% clear, and since red dots don't work for me, a prism optic with unlimited eye relief is not useless but exactly what I need.

good points, but I’d prefer an apples to apples comparison, 1-10 vs 1-10 and so forth. an MPVO of 2-10 or 2-12 is a different animal. LPVOs don’t have parallax adjustments, but MPVOs do

I carry mine and mounted the Sig Romeo X on it. Only thing I don’t like is how heavy the trigger is. That being said, I was spoiled with my Sig P226 Legion SAO trigger so every trigger by comparison feels heavy.

Looking to get one of these for my S&W Equalizer and like the idea of the ultra compact sized one, but have heard that it may take some getting used to it. I am an older but experienced shooter who has only used iron sights except for scopes on rifles. What would you recommend for for someone like me being new to optics but not new to shooting?

Hey there, Given the recent Appellate Court rulings, and the injunctions they've laid down against ATF, the 12" Panzer is again a viable for me (even though SCOTUS has not made a final ruling yet), given that I want to be able to carry it via BackPack for trips to town for an EDC (in addition to my normal EDC, a Taurus G3C). I have also considered the 16" Panzer version, with the addition of a Sylvan Arms Folding Adapter, but the 12" would fit the bill without having to 'monkey' with a Folding Adapter before I could get it working if needed. Hence my interest in the 12" model again. Sadly, despite my lengthy research, I have STILL not found either a Prism scope or a Green Dot with either a Mil-Dot reticle, a BDC reticle, etched or not etched! I wanted an illuminated Green Reticle or BDC, because my eyes simply do NOT do well at all with red. Despite all the hours and numerous days researching, I can't find a single offering, regardless of price range or mfg. Have you come across something that would fit the bill, OTHER than some scope such as you have on your rig in this video (it's just TOO big in my view for the platform, and NOT easily engaged under 'stressful' and 'up close' encounters with unsavory situations)? Being able to cleanly change out mags is a pre-req for me, as is ease of carry.
